Night at the Track
A Wisconsin Greyhound Racing Event

About The Event

On January 23, 2016 over 200 race fans packed Bristol Oaks Country Club in Bristol, WI for the inaugural Night at the Track. Hosted by legendary race announcer Jeff Mergen, the event simulated a night at the greyhound track and brought back memories of Wisconsin greyhound racing for those in attendance. Many of the guests at Night at the Track were former track employees, race fans and greyhound adoption personnel from Dairyland Greyhound Park & Geneva Lakes Kennel Club and it was a night of reunions for many. The grand prize of the evening, the beautiful custom made rug that hung in the VIP Room at Dairyland from 1990-2009, was won by Greyhound Alliance member Kim Jongsma of Wheaton, IL. Night at the Track was honored to have such a generous & one of a kind donation given to us from Roy Berger & Bill Apgar of Dairyland.

On March 3, 2018 Night at the Track will attempt to duplicate the same level of excitement that we had at our inaugural event in 2016. Jeff Mergen will return as Master of Ceremonies and the chef carved buffet that was so popular with our guests will remain the same. We will also feature the same level of quality prizes that were at our last event, with the grand prize of the evening set to be announced in early 2018. We hope to see you on March 3 at Bristol Oaks Country Club.
